Dr. Nicole Molina understands that sometimes you wish you had more time to really get into a topic or do some hard work. She gets it. She has been there. As such, Dr. Nicole is able to offer some “intensive” treatments. During an intensive treatment, Dr. Nicole offers an “intensive” session where she and the client can delve into hard work beyond a one hour session in the office.

Dr. Nicole believes that intensives should be personalized and tailored to each person’s goal and budget. As such, she offers free 15-minute consultation to determine if an intensive would be beneficial.

Intensives are limited to topics related to certain areas of expertise. Examples of possible intensives:

• Meeting in the home and supporting clients in decluttering and organizing. In this work, Dr. Nicole helps clients understand what is keeping them stuck and contributing to holding onto items. She works with clients to develop realistic expectations and to sort through items.

• Meet with clients to gain a better understanding of how ADHD impacts them. In this work, we will work to understand how ADHD impacts you and what areas you want to improve.

• Do you want to try something new? Do you know you need to do exposure therapy, and it seems impossible? Dr. Nicole will work with you when you need it and where you need it. For example, we can go to the grocery store or take a class at the gym. Don’t worry we will fill out releases, and I will play whatever role you want me to play during this.
