Currently, Dr. Nicole offers in-person appointments in Warwick (390 Tollgate Road, Suite 206), RI on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. There may be other times available. as needed.

Dr. Nicole offers in person appointments in Lincoln (132 Old River Road, Suite 205), Rhode Island on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and select Monday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
